All'interno della torre è celato un meccanismo a tempo: il suo azionamento è automatico e imprevedibile. Il suono, il rumore assordante, prodotto dall’interno della torre è l'elemento chiave dell’opera.

A large yellow beam and a tower of galvanised sheet iron rise up to a height of six metres from an iron base. A timed mechanism is concealed inside the tower: its operation is automatic and unpredictable. The deafening noise produced from inside the tower is the key element of the work.
