Il tappeto riproduce il telegramma che Fuller inviò a Isamu Noguchi nel 1936 per spiegare la teoria di relatività di Einstein. In quell'anno Noguchi era a Città del Messico, dove stava realizzando History Mexico, un grande “murale” a bassorilievo nel Mercado Abelardo Rodriguez, in cui riassumeva la lotta di liberazione dall'oppressione fascista e dallo sfruttamento. Nel rilievo, lungo 22 metri, apparivano simboli politici (la svastica, la falce e martello) e la famosa equazione di Einstein E = mc^2

A carpet reproduces the telegram that Fuller sent to Isamu Noguchi in 1936 to explain Albert Einstein's theory of relativity. In 1936 Noguchi was in Mexico City, where he was completing History Mexico, a big “mural” in bas-relief in Mercado Abelardo Rodriguez, in which he narrated the struggle for freedom from fascist oppression and exploitation. In the relief, 22 meters long, political symbols are featured (swastikas, the hammer and sickle) and Einstein's famous equation E=mc^2
